Middle School Leadership Program

Empowering young people to recognize and realize their potential as leaders has been our core mission since our inception. As a proven leader with a coaching model that has supported hundreds of District residents matriculate through local universities, ARE is deepening our reach to get the next generation ready to be future leaders. Accordingly, to address the youth development and leadership needs of our youth.

This summer ARE will be launching our inaugural Middle School Leadership Program. This broadly integrated program includes supportive youth coaching and workshops designed to empower our youth through equity, inclusion, community and innovation.;This program is also designed to enhance career awareness and exposure to excel in

the workforce.
