Designed to close the achievement gap for District students; prepare each participant for continued school success; and increase the number of students that complete 2 or 4 year degrees. The goals will be met through (1) Student coaching (2) Academic E-tutoring; and (3) College enrollment and navigation support.
Engages at-risk students in upper elementary and middle grades 4 through 8 in need of support and offers them a summer filled with new experiences and constructive learning activities in a caring atmosphere.
Provides internship placement in businesses for rising senior high school students during the school year and summer youth employment during the out-of-school time. Students are encouraged to focus on their career choices and the requirements for reaching their goal(s).
Provides group home care in a therapeutic environment for adolescents and young people ages 15 to 21 years of age who are court involved both pre-and post-adjudicated. .
Offers a therapeutic after school program for children and youth diagnosed with ASD who are between the ages of 8-18. They work on the development of social skills and other skills based upon their submitted treatment plan
aims to provide a space where students can express themselves, discuss relevant topics, and contribute to a vibrant and engaging school culture. The podcast will cover a wide range of themes, including academics, extracurricular activities, student life, and societal issues. Listeners can look forward to hearing from students across different grades, backgrounds, and interests.
